The UL1000 / UL1000 Fab are mobile helium leak detectors powered by ULTRATEST™ sensor technology, widely regarded as the industry standard for economic helium vacuum leak testing. The UL1000 is designed for industrial environments using oil-sealed fore vacuum pumps, while the UL1000 Fab is built for semiconductor applications with dry compressing fore vacuum pumps. Both models deliver an excellent balance of high performance, reliability, and affordability, with detection limits down to 5·10⁻¹² mbar·l/s. The compact, maneuverable design allows easy access to restricted maintenance areas, and the selectable background suppression (I·ZERO) enables continuous leak testing at least two decades below existing background levels.
