Patrick Madigan

Owner

Patrick is the Owner and President of Vacumetrics, where he stays closely involved in both the technical and business sides of the company. From working directly with customers on leak detection challenges to supporting the service team and ensuring the delivery of reliable, traceable results, Patrick is deeply committed to building a team and processes that customers can depend on. He joined Vacumetrics in 2024, bringing with him a background in aerospace and metrology that gives him a practical understanding of the environments and standards the company's customers work within.

Patrick has led quality system initiatives resulting in ISO 9001 certification at two companies, with a focus on building processes that are both consistent and practical. At Vacumetrics, he has also worked to strengthen relationships with key vendors to better support customers with reliable equipment and service. A strong advocate for Lean Manufacturing principles, Patrick is particularly passionate about the value-add philosophy and the teamwork it fosters. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hands-on projects, and has even checked skydiving off the bucket list.

Jesse Earp

General Manager/ Senior Leak Detector Technician

With nearly two decades of industry experience dating back to 2007, including roles at respected firms such as Alcatel Vacuum Products and Pfeiffer Vacuum, Jessup brought a wealth of expertise to Vacumetrics when he joined in 2016. He coordinates our team of technicians to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Outside of work, he enjoys 3D printing and spending quality time with his two children.

Anthony Kutchmanich

Senior Leak Detector Technician

With 15 years of experience in the industry, Anthony is one of the most seasoned members of our team, bringing a depth of knowledge and expertise that our customers can rely on. His long-standing dedication to the field makes him an invaluable resource both to the clients he serves and to the colleagues he mentors alongside him. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys hitting the trails on his e-bike.

Paul Phillips

Senior Vacuum Pump Technician

Paul has been an integral member of our team for over 13 years. Throughout his tenure, he has refined his expertise in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of vacuum pumps, including RVPs, scroll pumps, and more. Outside of work, Paul is a proud grandfather of six and enjoys spending his time outdoors on his motorcycle.

Kristen Hill

Office Administrator

Kristen has been a cornerstone of Vacumetrics for 15 years, keeping the financial and administrative operations of the company running with accuracy and efficiency. She oversees invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and purchase order coordination, serving as a reliable point of contact for both customers and vendors to ensure that every financial process stays organized and on track. Over the years, Kristen has driven meaningful improvements in the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and payment processing, and successfully led the transition of the company's payroll system, ensuring a smooth and seamless implementation. Outside of work, she stays active and enjoys making beaded jewelry.

Joseph Hinchos

Leak Detector Technician

Joseph joined Vacumetrics in August 2024, bringing enthusiasm and a strong technical foundation to his role specializing in the diagnosis, calibration, and repair of vacuum and leak detection systems. He is currently completing his Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, further strengthening the hands-on expertise he applies every day at Vacumetrics. Outside of work, Joseph is an avid soccer player, enjoys staying active at the gym, and is a proud left-hander.

Mike Phillips

Leak Detector Technician

In his 7 months with the company, Mike has immersed himself in the field, learning directly alongside Vacumetrics' team of expert technicians and rapidly developing the skills and knowledge that define our standard of excellence. His dedication to growing within the industry is clear, and he brings the same commitment to every job he takes on. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his son, fishing, and visiting the skatepark bringing that same energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.
