Partial flow system for connection of an additional external fore vacuum pump at the PHOENIX L300i/L300i MODUL/Vario/Quadro/Magno. Contains the valve block and an electromagnetic DN 25 ISO-KF right angle valve and is directly being operated via the PHOENIX. 

Characteristics:
Start of measurements already at an inlet pressure of 1000 mbar and faster response times during operation.

Applications:
Faster leak checks of large test objects and for leak detection of mass production.
