Vacumetrics Limited Product Warranty: 6 Months, Covers Parts and Labor. Requires product to be sent in. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Warranty may be denied due to improper use of product or improper installation of the product. This includes any application related issue that has damaged the product (ie greases, oils, resins, specific gases, solvents, etc.).
As-Is: Any items that were purchased with the term "As-Is" are sold without warranty.
Vacumetrics Limited Service Warranty: 6 Months, Covers Parts and Labor. In regards to parts, only the items that were replaced during the actual service are covered. For example, if the customer sends in a leak detector for repair/maintenance, and months later the main board no longer works, the main board would be covered if it was replaced at last service. Service warranty requires the product to be sent in. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Warranty may be denied due to improper use of product or improper installation of product. This includes any application related issue that has damaged the product (ie greases, oils, resins, specific gases, solvents, etc.).
Consumable Parts/Products: Any part/product that is consumable (ie filaments, collectors, o'rings, etc.) are not covered by warranties as they have been used/consumed.
Vacumetrics reserves the right to modify any warranty on products or services at their discretion. Some products/service may have longer or less warranty coverage and if so, can be provided at time of estimate or communication with the customer.
